1. Who We Are

Little Learners Can (“we”, “us”, “our”) creates early years learning resources for home and classroom use.

2. Our Products

We currently offer:

1. Physical products – such as wipe-clean mats and printed resources.

2. Digital products – downloadable files (for example, printable learning mats).

3. Personalised products – items customised with a child’s name or other details.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes (unless stated otherwise).

• We reserve the right to update prices from time to time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

• Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We use third-party payment providers (such as card processors) to handle payments securely.

 

4. Ordering & Contract

When you place an order on our website:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your order.

2. A binding contract is formed once your payment has been accepted and we have confirmed your order.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if:

• A product is unavailable,

• There is an obvious error in the price or description, or

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If this happens and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains:

• How long we take to process orders

• Our UK shipping charges (generally around £2–£4, depending on size/weight)

• Estimated delivery timeframes

• What happens if your order is delayed or does not arrive

6. Digital Downloads

Some of our products are digital/downloadable files only.

• No physical item will be shipped for these products.

• You will usually receive access to your files immediately after checkout via a download link and/or confirmation email.

• Please do not share, resell or redistribute our files. They are for personal use (for example, within your own home or classroom) unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Important: Once digital content has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. Please see the Refund Policy section below.

 

7. Personalised Products

For personalised items:

• Please check all spellings and details carefully at checkout.

• We create these products based on the information you provide.

Because personalised items are made specially for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

• They arrive damaged or faulty, or

• We have made an error with the personalisation.

 

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available on our website. In summary:

 

Physical Products

We offer a refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged or faulty, or

• You receive the wrong item.

Please email hello@littlelearnerscan.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the problem where possible

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for physical returns. We recommend a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

 

Personalised Products

• Personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged, faulty, or incorrectly personalised due to our error.

 

Digital Downloads

• Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered and accessed.

• If there is a technical issue (for example, a broken link or corrupted file), please contact us so we can resend or replace the files.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

9. Use of Our Website

You agree that you will:

• Use our website only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to interfere with or damage the operation of the site (for example, by introducing viruses or malicious code)

We may update or change the website from time to time, including product details and policies.

• All content on the site (including designs, text, graphics, logos, and downloadable files) is owned by us or used with permission.

• You may use our materials for personal, non-commercial use (for example, at home or in your own classroom).

• We are not responsible for minor variations in colour or layout that may occur due to printing, screen settings, or manufacturing.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (for example, loss of profit or opportunity) arising from use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

 

12. Children & Supervision

Our resources are designed for young children, but:

• They should always be used under adult supervision.

• Small items or accessories may present a choking hazard. Please keep them out of reach of very young children.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

• Your continued use of the website and placing of orders after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
