Refund Policy

​We want you to be happy with your Little Learners Can order. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know and read the information below.

 
Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Please contact us at hello@littlelearnerscan.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

 
Personalised Items

Because personalised items are made just for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or we have made a mistake with the personalisation.

Digital Download Products

Our digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

If you have any problem accessing or opening your files (for example, a broken link or corrupted file), please email hello@littlelearnerscan.com with your order number so we can resend or replace the files for you.

 
Return Shipping

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t issue refunds for items that don’t reach us.

 
How to Start a Return
  1. Please email us at hello@littlelearnerscan.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. We’ll confirm within 48 hours whether your item is eligible for a refund or replacement and share the return address if needed.

  3. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
