Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

 
Shipping Costs (UK)

  • We currently ship within the UK only

  • Standard UK delivery is usually £2–£5, depending on the size and weight of your order

  • Exact costs are shown at checkout

  • We typically use Royal Mail or a similar courier

 
Delivery Times (UK)

  • Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, strikes, weather, or busy periods

 
Digital Downloads

Some products are digital downloads:

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • You’ll get a download link after checkout (on the confirmation page and/or by email)

  • If you don’t receive it within 1 hour, please check spam/junk, then email hello@littlelearnerscan.com

 

Delays & Service Interruptions

  • We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we’ll always try to help and keep you informed where possible.

 

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your address at checkout

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping

 

Order Not Arrived?

  • If your UK order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, email hello@littlelearnerscan.com with your order number so we can look into it.
